Small Thermal Evaporation Coater


This equipment is a small desktop program temperature control evaporation coating instrument. The program can be set to accurately control the temperature from 200 ° C to 1500 ° C (or 1200 ° C to 1700 ° C), Film samples with maximum diameter of 2 inches can be Evaporated, the sample table can be rotated to make more uniform films.

It is widely used in the electrodes preparation and organic LED.

  Main characters: 

 6 inch quartz vacuum chamber, easy to clean and set samples

  Install 2 inches sample table, the sample table can be rotated to make films more uniform.

  Adopt tungsten wire basket as heat source, the max temperature can reach 1700 ℃, adopt special alumina boat which can process the sample below 1600 ℃. If the evaporation temperature is higher than 1600 ℃, the sample should be directly placed in the tungsten wire basket.

 Accurate temperature control: set up 30 – section heating and cooling procedures, temperature control accuracy is + / - 1 ° C

Temperature Control and Heating Source

*Adopt Tungsten as the heating source, equipped with a   special alumina crucible. The thermocouple is installed at the bottom of the   crucible to facilitate temperature measurement and control.

*Adopt S-type thermocouple, work temperature is 200-1500,

* Adopt A temperature controller with digital display, can   set up 30 – section heating and cooling procedures, and the temperature   control accuracy is + / - 1

*Manual adjustment can be converted with no thermocouple,   directly adjust the output I manual, the heating source temperature will reach   2000, can   realize the tests of sample coated with carbon

Sample Table

*The sample table is mounted on the top of the instrument,   Diameter is 50mm,

*Sample table can be rotated and speed is 5rpm,

*Distance of sample table and the steam source can be   adjusted, adjusting range:60mm-100mm

Vacuum

*Vacuum interface is KF40Connected   with vacuum pump

*Equipped with a digital display anti-corrosion vacuum   gauge-PCG554, Measuring range: 3.8x10-5-1125Tor

Air Intake

*Air intake is 1/4NPS, Inert gas can be set into the   vacuum chamber, clean the cavity, The reaction gas can also be set in to evaporate

*Install needle valve at inlet, used for adjustment of air   intake flow.

Optional

*Mechanical pump with oil filter, vacuum degree is   <10pa, It can evaporate precious metals such as Au, Ag, Al, etc

*High vacuum can be obtained by molecular pump, vacuum degree<10pa, it can evaporate easily oxidized material such as Al,   Mg, Li

*In order to get the best film strength, suggest that   clean the substrate by using plasma cleaning machine before evaporation
